Frequently Asked Questions

Our Xpel film is backed by a 10-year warranty by the manufacturers, this covers things like glue defects, clear coat defects and lifting etc, but things like someone keying your car or scratches from driving aren’t covered under warranty.
if you got our front end or track pack packages, while the edge of the film can be seen from certain angles, people generally do not notice it unless they are looking for it. However, if the car is dirty and dust and dirt can collect along the edge of the film, it will be more noticeable. Once the car is cleaned, it will be once again difficult to detect unless looking for it.
Yes you can, after ppf we recommend a ceramic coating for increased ease of maintenance.
Self-healing clearcoat designs itself to repair from swirls and light scratches from washes etc, if a piece of debris has penetrated through the clear coat it will not self-heal, the only way to fix this is to replace the film, the film has done its job saving your paint.
A ceramic coating helps protect your vehicle from the sun’s ultraviolet rays, which can cause your car’s paint job to fade over time. A ceramic coating also easily repels water, and other substances, protecting your vehicle from rust or damage caused by other chemicals or substances it may produce while running.
